Home Theatre, a system of five or more speakers placed around the listener with a subwoofer and large screen displaying the picture. 

The listener is enveloped with sound. This allows the director to communicate with his audience by (for example) making a twig crack in the forest behind you, or rolling a freight train right through your lounge.
