| 2 Channel Ipod System with Sub |
Two Channel Audio, more commonly
known as "Stereo" has been the norm in households for many
years.
With this system it is possible to hear 'left' and 'right' which
is suitable for recorded music, but not possible to hear 'depth' -
the jets flying overhead for example.
Two channel audio is suitable for the reproduction of music and
is the basis of a Hi-Fi system.
Standing for high fidelity, this simply means the recorded
material has been encoded with sufficient bandwidth to enable a
suitable playback system to deliver the material to our ears with
minimal loss of information - creating a lifelike reproduction of
the event in our listening area.
Two Channel Audio has given way over the past ten years to the
"home theatre" system but has recently been making a comeback as
people are rediscovering the joy of sitting and actually listening
to beautifully recorded music.
