The entire audio program is sent
from the amplifier to the crossover board in the speaker where the
various frequency ranges are divided up and sent to the relevant
driver by an LCR (Inductor, Capacitor, Resistor) Network.
Simply put, it is the job of the Crossover Network to ensure the
bass notes go to the Woofer, the Treble notes go to the Tweeter and
the rest goes into the Midrange driver.
